Ladies’ Autumn Get-together
When: September / October, date to be announced
All ladies members are invited for friendly tennis and afternoon tea, whether you’re interested in teams or social play. Not playing? Just come along and enjoy the company and cake.
Autumn Tournament
When: Saturday 3 October, 2pm start (practice courts from 1:30pm)
A doubles event with partners rotated on the day, so there’s no need to arrange a partner. All members are welcome, plus guests (£5 guest fee).
AGM
When: Monday 23 November, 7pm
Expected to be at Eastbourne & District Indoor Bowls Club, Hampden Park.
Mid-Winter Tournament / Club Christmas Event
When: Wednesday 2 December, 6pm start
A Christmas-themed evening for all members: a closely fought tournament, a Christmas buffet (please contribute!) and a quiz. Mulled wine and soft drinks provided. Come along whether you’re playing or not.
